Flobel, a NY-based 501c3 foundation, has a mission of “connecting people, so they can share information and empower each generation to teach the others”. We specialize in intergenerational mentoring. We have over 1,500 intergenerational global advisors in all sectors. Diversity is our strength.

What Do We Offer:

Intergenerational classes for adults in transitional periods (career changes, retirement, etc.)

Our online courses in a variety of subjects taught by our expert advisors include:

  • Free introductory courses
  • Community of classmates with diverse life experiences and teachers with real industry experience
  • Real interaction, not just a pre-recorded video
  • In-person social and networking events in NYC and other major cities

Our instructors come from our expansive network; graduates of top schools and accomplished professionals in their industries who share a desire for collaboration, partnership, and growth. We have over 1,500 global advisors in all sectors. Many teach at the College and Post-graduate levels or are coaches.

Dan Schneider: Executive Director of Flobel is joined by Sheryl Smikle, PhD, Rivka Rivera, and Gianna Folz to make up our Curriculum Committee. We will be in charge of choosing the best advisors to teach their field.
